Returns and Exchanges

If there is a product defect or incorrect delivery, we will immediately replace the product. Please check the return policy and contact us via chat on the website within 7 days of receiving the product, stating your name and order number.

*We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.

▶︎There is a defect that significantly impairs the functionality of the product (the alarm does not sound, the lights do not turn on, etc.)

▶︎There is a defect that significantly impairs the design of the product (such as dirt or damage)

▶︎The product I received is different from the one I ordered

▶︎The product specifications, such as size, are different from those stated on the product page.

If you cannot receive an exchange

▶ If the product you received is different from what you expected

▶︎If the customer made a mistake in their order

▶ If the product has been used

▶ ︎Products that have acquired odors, become dirty or scratched while in the customer's possession

▶ If the product is damaged, soiled or lost

▶ If products that use natural materials have natural differences or unevenness in color, or if ceramic products have exposed black spots that occur when the iron contained in the ceramic is fired at high temperatures, please note that this does not affect the quality and the product is not eligible for return or exchange.

▶ The product (including the box and accessories) is returned to us in a condition that is significantly different from when it was delivered.

▶︎Slight scratches or chips that are unavoidable during manufacturing or transportation

▶ If more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived

Return Policy

▶︎Please pack your own products and send them to us. In that case, you will be responsible for preparing and carrying out the packing materials. (You may return the products to the original cardboard box, etc.)
